Who processes data and how to contact us
SKRYBOOST is the platform through which remote PC optimization, Windows configuration, gaming-performance, and streaming services are provided. For privacy questions or requests concerning your data rights, use the public Contact and support page.
Account and authentication data
When you create or use an account, we may process your name, email address, profile picture, account and session identifiers, preferred language, and profile details you choose to provide.
If you choose Google sign-in, Google sends SKRYBOOST only the basic information approved on the consent screen, such as your name, email address, and profile picture. SKRYBOOST does not request or access Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or any other Google services.
This information is used to create and access your account, identify you, display your profile, and send communications required for your account and requested services.
Service and platform-use data
Depending on the features you use, we may process contact details, technical-assessment answers, hardware and software information, bookings, support messages, consent records, session reports, voluntarily uploaded files, and technical or security data needed to operate the platform.
We do not request passwords, 2FA codes, private keys, recovery codes, or complete card data. Before uploading logs or screenshots, users should remove personal information that is not needed for the service.
- If online payments are available, complete card data is handled by the payment provider; SKRYBOOST may retain transaction identifiers and status information required for its records.
- Customer files are stored in private areas and are available only through authorized mechanisms, including time-limited signed links where used.
- Technical data and security logs may include request, session, and event information required to prevent abuse and diagnose errors.
Why we use data
We use data to administer accounts, conduct assessments, manage bookings, deliver and document services, provide support, send operational communications, secure the platform, prevent fraud or abuse, and meet applicable obligations. Depending on the context, processing may rely on delivering the requested service, steps taken at the user's request, consent, legitimate security and operational interests, or legal obligations.
Processors and recipients
SKRYBOOST uses third-party providers only for functions required by the platform. Supabase provides authentication, database, and storage components, while Google acts as an identity provider when a user chooses Google sign-in. Hosting, email, monitoring, or payment providers may also be used when those features are active.
Providers process data according to their role, configuration, and applicable terms. We do not sell personal data or give providers access to data that is not required for the contracted service.
Data retention and deletion
We retain data only for as long as it is needed for an active account, service delivery and records, support, security, and applicable obligations. Retention varies by data category, account status, requested services, and legal or operational requirements.
When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized within reasonable operational limits. Certain transaction, consent, security, accounting, or dispute records may be retained longer where required by law or necessary to protect legitimate rights.
User rights
You may request access, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where the relevant right applies to your circumstances. Submit requests through the public Contact and support page; to protect your account, we may request reasonable information to verify your identity.
Account or data deletion may be limited where retention is required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or the establishment or defense of rights.
